"Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things." - Peter Drucker

Imagine you are gonna invite your favorite Avengers Characters to your private party. You are checking the name list whether there are duplicates on it. You can easily find the duplicate values with a few clicks.

Step 1: Select the column you want to check

Step 2: Click Home -> Conditional Formatting -> Highlight Cells Rules -> Duplicates Values

Step 3: Specify the formatting for duplicate values then click OK

Look, Captain America were duplicated. Let's remove one.

Step 4: Click Data -> Remove Duplicates

Then click OK.

You will see a message telling you the result.

Here you go. The invitation list has been done. It was simple, wasn't it?
